Võru car wash
In addition to regular car washes, our workshops also offer a wide variety of options for cleaning and/or detailing both your car’s internal and external surfaces. To us, cleaning a car means more than just scrubbing it with a sponge and rinsing it off with a pressure washer. We also take into account the causes and compositon of all the dirt and residue that needs to be removed from your car, whether it be from bugs, iron particles, roadwork materials or tar and so on.
Võru Car Wash Services
Our most widely requested service and an effective alternative to an automated car wash. Offering a superior level of clenliness whilst removing the risks of damage that an automated system can cause for your cars paintjob.
This service intended for instances where regular dry cleaning is no longer able to remove any stains or dirt. Accidents can happen – sometimes mess can be blamed on a spilled drink or a condiment, wearing used work clothes or having your favourite pet take a car ride after a rainy day. No matter what your car interior looks like – life happens and there’s no shame in using a cleaning service! We’ll make your car interior good as new, sanitary and smelling as good as possible.
We offer chemical cleaning for both car floors as well as individual seats. The price depends on what and how much of it needs to be cleaned. For example, a single seat might have a stain on it or the entire car interior needs to be cleaned. Whatever the case, we can handle it. The only thing that needs to be taken into account, is the time it will take for the interior to dry out.
Polishing, in essence, is the removal different kinds of scratches and scrapes by using a variety of abrasive polishing pastes and discs. This method only works to a certain extent. Should a scratch be too deep, it may not be possible to remove it by polishing. To check if your scratch is too deep, simply drag your fingernail across it and see if your fingernail gets stuck behind the scratch. If it does, it may indicate that the damage requires more than just a polishing. You don’t always have to polish the entire vehicle, sometimes just treating a problem area is enough. That’s why the price of polishing each car is different, depending on the number of damages and their depth.
At Automaailm, you can have your vehicle’s body condition assessed for free and also ask for a price quote for polishing your vehicle!
During production a car’s body is coated with layers of both paint and varnish, but to maintain their look, they still need attention and periodic maintenance. Varnish is the first layer of defense for a car’s paintjob whether it be from chemical agents that can be found in different kinds of cleaning products, at roadworks and within acid rain or from physical damage such as scratches, flying debris, using a snow brush etc.
Car wax is therefore the cheapest way to protect your varnish from previously mentioned damages. Car wax can be produced synthetically, using different kinds of lab-produced chemical compounds as well as using a range of natural ingridients such as Carnauba and many other naturally derived base oils. Whatever the type, they all offer your car’s paintjob a certain level of protection. Natural waxes tend to leave your car with a deeper shine but on the other hand synthetic wax could offer a higher level of protection against chemical waste. That is why, when procuring a car wax, it is often done based on the expected duration that a certain wax will last on a car. It should be taken into account that a car wax’s duration is highly dependant on how and how often the car gets washed after applying the wax.
Our car washes always clean the car thoroughly of all tar and iron particles so that the wax can easily create a bond with the paintjob and is able to last for much longer.
Tar removal is recommended for those who don’t wash their car very often, and during the winter months we strongly recommend it instead of a regular wash.
Tar removal includes: tar removal; pre-soaking; hand wash with a sponge; cleaning of the doors interior edges; washing the rubber mats; rinsing the car exterior along with a drying wax; final drying with microfibre cloth and compressed air; tire shine.
Depending on the condition of the car’s paintjob, we also give recommendations on whether the car needs a more intensive soaking with either a stronger tar remover or an iron remover and if it needs any additional polishing to remove scratches or deepen its shine.
If your car interior has a bad odour even after a thorough cleaning, then chances are that bacteria has found a way deeper into your car’s carpet, seats or upholstery as both a wet carpet and dirt that is dragged into the car are both prime locations for them to thrive.
The best way to fight bacteria, mold and other producers of bad odours, is to clean your car cabin with an air ionizer.
Air ionizing is the safest and most eco-friendly method of air sanitation, using modern technology to clean the air of any bad odours without damaging any surfaces that it contacts. The ozone oxidizes harmful microorganisms at an atomic level, leaving them harmless and unable to multiply.
Simplified process of an air ionizer: The air ionizer sucks in all the air from the cabin into the ionizer, where it is then ionized and disinfected. During the process, the cabin air of a car with closed doors gets enriched with negative air ions and ozone.
The service can only be carried out once the cause for the odour is eliminated. For instance, if spilled milk has seeped into the carpet of your car and turned sour, leaving a bad odour, then ionizing by itself won’t remove the problem as long as the stain itself has not been chemically cleaned. On the other hand if the air in your car has a stuffy smell simply from lack of use, then an air ionizer should clear the problem. In addition the ozone kills 99% of bacteria, being a fitting method for disinfecting the cabins of taxis for example.
