Car wash Terms and Conditions
There are three ways to book a car wash appointment: through the Automaailm website, by calling the contact number of the desired location (Tartu, Võru, or Valga) directly, or by visiting the location in person. The booking is considered confirmed once you have received a corresponding notification via email or text message.
Changes or cancellations to a booking must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. If you cancel later, change the time, or do not show up, the service provider has the right to demand a penalty fee or a booking administration fee. This applies especially to long-duration services, such as interior chemical cleaning or polishing.
A delay of up to 10 minutes is acceptable. In the case of a longer delay, your booking may be cancelled, and the service provider may apply a cancellation fee according to the terms of sale. Please always inform us if you are running late.
No, prices may vary between the Tartu, Võru, and Valga locations. Each location has its own price list, which takes into account local operating costs.
Before handing over the vehicle, please remove all personal and valuable items, documents, and money. It is also important to inform the service staff of any existing damage (scratches, dents), non-factory accessories, or other defects.
The customer is obliged to inspect the condition of the car together with the service staff immediately after the service is completed, before leaving the Automaailm premises. Claims submitted after the vehicle has left will not be considered, as the circumstances of the damage can no longer be determined.
The service provider has the right to apply an additional fee if the vehicle is exceptionally dirty (e.g., extensive pet hair, sand, construction debris, biological fluids) and its cleaning requires significantly more time and resources than the standard scope of the ordered service entails.
Yes, we offer engine washing, but this service is performed only at the customer’s explicit request and at their own risk. Before ordering an engine wash, we strongly recommend consulting with a specialist to assess the potential risks. Automaailm is not responsible for any potential damage that may occur during the engine wash.
You do not have to order a full interior chemical cleaning. We also offer the removal of single stains. Let the service staff know what you need, and they will find a suitable solution for you.
You can use a simple “fingernail test” for this: if your fingernail gets caught when you gently slide it over the scratch, the scratch is likely too deep to be polished out. If the nail slides smoothly over it, there is a high probability that the scratch can be removed.
